Please take time to read our shipping and returns policies  before placing your order.

COVID-19 UPDATE

We continue to work hard  to get your order out within 48 hours moving forward to do this during these COVID-19 times with few exceptions. One exception might be that your address needs to be verified. Please make sure you are putting the correct address when checking out . Also please vheck the description box to see if an item you would like is a PRE ORDER , orders that have pre order items in them will ship together on the date its stated in the description box .WE will not change any addresses after orders are placed due to high volume of orders.Orders are shipped in the order we receive them. We cannot accept orders with the expectation that your order will be shipped overnight on the same day your order. Our pickups are before 12 noon and we can’t put your order over others that we received first.

USPS UPDATES

Please expect delays and note your tracking when you receive your email with your tracking details. USPS shipping is experiencing delays in ALL areas especially First Class Mail. There are no delays with Priority Mail.

 Q: WHAT IS OUR PROCESSNG TIME?

 A: Our normal processing time is CURRENTLY as of 08/20/2020 1-5 BUSINESS DAYS .
Q. Can I change my order once its placed?
A: Unfortunately once your order is placed you can not change or cancel it .
Q: Can I return my order ?
A: Unfortunately , for sanitation purposes we do not accept any returns . All sales are final .
 
Q: How can I get on baddie cosmetics pr team ?
A: Our pr team is currently closed for 2020 but we do have discount codes on our instagram page  only one code can be used per transaction .
 
Policies :
Once order has shipped, tracking # will be sent via email invoice the day that it has shipped.
IF a custom set IS BEING MADE, PLEASE ALLOW 2-3 extra BUSINESS DAYS FOR YOUR set to be created and shipped to you ! ALL orders are shipped with USPS.
We only ship to addresses provided with order. If address change is necessary, please allow an additional 1-2 business days for this change to be made. AFTER ORDER HAS BEEN SHIPPED, ADDRESS CHANGE CANNOT AND WILL NOT BE MADE .Please allow 48 hrs. for tracking numbers to work.
If you have any issues tracking your order after the 48hrs  (business days Mon-Fri.) feel free to contact us via email. contact @shopbaddiecosmetics.com or text 5409208473   Include your NAME, Your ADDRESS & ORDER NUMBER.    
 **NOTE: for any returned package to our address due to wrong address, address not available or any other reasons why the carrier cannot access to your location to deliver the package. The customer is responsible for the new shipping label fee in order for us to resend the package.     
​**We are not responsible for carrier delays, natural disaster delays, or delays due to holidays.**​
 LOST PACKAGE:
We are NOT responsible for any lost, stolen packages or wrong address deliveries.We are not responsible for any delay from the carrier.Once we ship them is under the Post Office responsibility. If this occurs, please contact the SHIPPING CARRIER as SOON AS POSSIBLE 
DAMAGE ITEMS:
Unfortunately, sometimes our products get damage on its way to its destinations. If this occurs, in order for us to send you a replacement email us at 
In the email YOU MUST include: YOUR Name, Order number, A picture of broken items (if proof is not provided, unfortunately we will not replace the broken product)please note that we do not refund money under any circumstances. (SHIPPING FEES ARE NON-REFUNDABLE)
